The memories flood around me, they bring me comfort though I am sad Baking, Reading, Shopping; The memories make me glad. Time will heal, or so they say It’s hard to find the words Lucky we were, for so many happy times I think of you in the garden, in the sunshine Remembering the sun has got his hat on You always sang that song It fills me with warmth and tears, the memories that are mine.
